ROTATOR

• The MOT 2009 ROTATOR was originally developed to process liquid rubber. It allows the fabricator to paint on thin layers of rubber (silicone or urethane) and build them up to the thickness required. This provides the fabricator the ability to provide pure rubber pieces with no matrix (nylon/fiberglass etc.). A matrix can be implemented if desired. Custom partial feet and prosthetic liners can be fabricated offering your lab a valuable fabrication alternative.
• You will also find the rotator very useful for cast modifications. With the addition of a simple momentary foot switch you will be able to rotate your cast to the desired position for the removal or addition of plaster. When properly mounted to a bench the rotator will accommodate large casts that are often difficult to maneuver in a pipe vise. Do not overlook the rotator’s capability of thoroughly mixing non-flammable liquids.
• The rotator has a high torque motor that provides 7 RPM and can be run on 115V or 230V current. It comes wired for 115 V which is the most common current available in O&P labs. It can also be wired for 208V - 3 Phase power.
