THIS PRIVACY POLICY SETS OUT THE MANNER IN WHICH MOT INC. MANAGES PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION OF THIRD PARTIES. THIS PRIVACY POLICY IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE INTO AND FORMS PART OF THE MOT INC. WEBSITE USER AGREEMENT.
