THIS PRIVACY POLICY SETS OUT THE MANNER IN WHICH MOT INC. MANAGES PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION OF THIRD PARTIES. THIS PRIVACY POLICY IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE INTO AND FORMS PART OF THE MOT INC. WEBSITE USER AGREEMENT.

MOT Inc. respects the rights of individuals to protect their personal information from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure or destruction. As a Manitoba corporation, MOT Inc. administers personal information in accordance with its obligations under The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
It is important to note MOT Inc. specifically requests that no personal information or personal health information of end users be transmitted to MOT Inc. MOT Inc. recognizes, however, that this may still occur. All such information will be handled according to this Privacy Policy. In the unlikely event of a breach that results in a real risk of significant harm to consumers, MOT Inc. will notify affected individuals and work with the applicable authorities in remedying the breach.
